Join us as we welcome nearly 50,000 fairgoers to our event each year!
The Shippensburg Community Fair dedicates premium indoor and outdoor space each year to vendors who wish to participate in our great community event! We welcome businesses and organizations both near and far to come spend the week with us as we welcome nearly 50,000 visitors to the fairgrounds during our event!
Please note that we do NOT currently accept any type of commercial (for-profit) food or drink vendors.
Only local, non-profit organizations are permitted to sell these items at the Fair.
The 2024 Shippensburg Community Fair will be held
Monday, July 22 to Saturday, July 27, 2024.
Indoor Exhibit Space
Businesses wishing to sell their products or exhibit their services may without the worry of weather or elements may utilize our Commercial Exhibits Building. The building is located directly beside the stage entrance and protects vendors and their exhibits from weather damage. Spaces in our Commercial Building are 12 feet deep and begin at 10 feet wide (front space).
Outdoor Exhibit Space
Reach thousands of fair visitors who crowd the walkways around the grounds each and every night of the event. Space is available in the grass surrounding our paved walkways in most locations. Spaces are available in variable sizes starting at 20'x20', and can be expanded to accommodate larger displays and exhibits as well.

If you or your business/organization is interested in becoming a vendor at the Shippensburg Community Fair, please fill out the form below. We will contact you regarding availability, cost, and other requirements. We ask that only vendors who are serious about exhibiting complete this form.

Please note: Your request may take several weeks to process...
After submission, your request will be forwarded to the appropriate department chairperson responsible for the type of exhibit space you selected. Depending on that volunteer chairperson's availability, it could take several weeks to receive a response.
Please do not submit this form twice. If you have not received a response after several weeks, please e-mail vendors@shippensburgfair.com to inquire about the status of your request.
