Meet the Fair Board

The Shippensburg Community Fair operates under the management of the Shippensburg Community Fair Board of Directors, a group of individuals dedicated to bringing the community a fun and successful fair each year.

Shippensburg Community Fair Board Meetings are always held the third Tuesday of each month, with the exception of September and December. July meetings are typically held the second week of the month. Meetings begin at 6:30pm and are held at the Shippensburg Fairgrounds, unless otherwise announced. Public participants are welcome to attend in order to express any questions, comments, suggestions, or concerns to the Board.

Visitors who would like to request time to speak during a Fair Board Meeting should contact Jamie Rhine, Board Secretary, at jrhine@shippensburgfair.com or (717) 532-8153 in advance so they may be added to the meeting agenda.

Our fair board is comprised of the elected fair officers and one or more chairperson(s) from each standing committee.
