The mission is simple: gather town and country at one education, fun-filled event each summer!

Meet the Fair Board

The Shippensburg Community Fair operates under the management of the Shippensburg Community Fair Board of Directors, a group of individuals dedicated to bringing the community a fun and successful fair each year.

Shippensburg Community Fair Board Meetings are always held the third Tuesday of each month, with the exception of December when no meeting is held. Meetings begin at 6:30pm and are held at the Shippensburg Fairgrounds. Public participants are welcome to attend in order to express any questions, comments, suggestions, or concerns to the Board.

Visitors who would like to request time to speak during a Board Meeting should contact Jamie Rhine, Board Secretary, at jrhine@shippensburgfair.com or (717) 532-8153 so they may be added to the meeting agenda.

Our fair board is comprised of the Executive Committee (fair officers) and one or more representatives from each standing committee.
