2011 Fair Queen Contestants
Laura Caudill

Laura Renea Caudill is the daughter of Brian and Kristina Caudill and Amanda Ocker.  She is from Shippensburg.  Her siblings include three younger sisters; Allison Caudill, Lydia Wagner, and Elena Deutsch, and a younger brother, Elijah Deutsch.  She is eighteen years old and a 2011 graduate of Shippensburg Area Senior High School.  During her high school years, Laura was enrolled in honors and advanced placement classes.  While in high school, she was part of The National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Greyhound Partners, and Student Forum.

Laura received varsity letters in both cross country and track during high school.  She has ran two half marathons and this February she completed her first full marathon in Houston, Texas.  In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, spending time outdoors, and volunteering at Menno Haven Retirement Village. 

Laura was a member of the Homecoming and Prom Court during her senior year of high school.  She attends church at Mongul United Brethren Church.  She has been accepted to Penn State Mont Alto’s nursing program and plans to continue her education and someday be employed at a local nursing home.
