41st Annual Craft Show

Dear Vendor,

The 41st Annual Shippensburg Community Fair Craft Show is scheduled for Wednesday, July 28, 2010 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Set up time is from 6:00 AM to 8:45 AM.  We place the vendors in the show in the order we receive your application and we may be filled to capacity before the deadline date.  Please return your application to us as soon as possible.

Your reservation for the show may be made by sending your check or money order in the amount of $45.00 payable to:  SHIPPENSBURG COMMUNITY FAIR, INC., along with the reservation form (which can be downloaded by clicking here) to:

We must have your completed form and check/money order before July 1, 2010.

Please note the following information:

• Your location may vary from year to year according to chance placement.

• Participation is by reservation only.

• Spaces are approximately 12' in width and 20' in length.  Vendors may supply their own canopy.  No selling from vehicles.  NOTE:  Electricity is NOT available.

• Set up time is 6:00 AM to 8:45 AM.  All vendors are required to stay for the entire show which ends at 4:00 PM.  The fair is well attended.  Only in special circumstances (unforeseen problems, etc) will vendors be permitted to set up after 8:45 AM due to danger to the customers.

• All vendors must have a Pennsylvania Tax Number available at the show.

• DIRECTIONS:  Exit 24 off I-81.  Turn toward Shippensburg and follow the white and green fairgrounds signs.  Traveling from the PA Turnpike, exit Blue Mountain interchange north to Route 696.

• Porta-Johns are available to vendors and customers attending the show.
